Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of the Suplo marketing website (the “Site”) operated by Profores LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Suplo, the Suplo wordmark, and the content of the Site are owned by Profores LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the Site's public content, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially reuse it without our prior written permission.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
